From Publishers Are Looking For A Crocodile Hunter:

He had to have, he said, a first edition of Roald Dahl’s “Someone Like You,” and it had to be inscribed with certain phrases and no others. However, the obliging publisher managed to find the necessary copy, and the author kindly provided verbatim the inscription.
